1. Definitions

• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions.
• "We / Us / Our / Neurova" means Neurova, operating at 172 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
• "You / User" means any person visiting the website or enrolled in a Neurova course.
• "Service" means the website, course materials, exercises, reviews, mentorship, and support provided by Neurova.
• "Content" means all text, code examples, exercises, videos, and materials made available through the Service.
• "Course" means any of Neurova's structured learning programmes: Foundations of AI Development, Applied Model Building, or the Capstone & Mentorship Track.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Neurova website or enrolling in a Course, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you should not use our Service. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement to use the Service.

3. Service Description

Neurova provides online educational courses focused on AI development. Each Course consists of structured modules, exercises, and (depending on the tier) study group access, mentor feedback, code reviews, or one-to-one mentorship. Courses are delivered in English and are accessible online from Thailand and other countries unless restricted by local law.

We aim to maintain continuous service availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

4. Enrolment and Account

Enrolment in a Course is confirmed once payment is received and we provide you with access credentials or course access details. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access details and for all activity conducted under your account. You may not share access with other individuals. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us at [email protected] promptly.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service for lawful, personal educational purposes only. You must not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute course materials without our written permission
• Use the Service in any way that disrupts other learners or the platform
• Submit work that is not your own for exercise or project review
• Attempt to access parts of the Service you have not been granted access to
• Use automated means to access or scrape the Service

We may suspend or terminate access to users who breach these responsibilities.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, exercises, code examples, and other Content are the intellectual property of Neurova or our content partners. Enrolment in a Course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content for personal educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from the Content without our express written consent.

Projects and work you create during a course remain your own intellectual property. By submitting work for review, you grant Neurova a limited, non-exclusive right to review and comment on that work for educational purposes.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Fees

• Foundations of AI Development — ฿3,400
• Applied Model Building — ฿6,800
• Capstone & Mentorship Track — ฿11,200

All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include all materials described for each course. Fees are payable in full before access is granted.

7.2 Refunds

If you request a refund within 7 days of payment and before accessing more than the first two modules, we will issue a full refund. After that period or after accessing more than two modules, fees are non-refundable. To request a refund, email [email protected].

8. Course-Specific Terms

• Course access remains active for 12 months from the date of enrolment
• Neurova does not issue completion documents or academic qualifications
• Mentor and reviewer feedback is provided within our standard response windows (typically 3–5 business days for milestone reviews)
• Mentor availability for the Capstone track is subject to scheduling and may require reasonable coordination between learner and mentor
• Academic integrity is expected: submitted work must reflect your own effort

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Neurova does not warrant that course content will meet your specific requirements or that completion of a course will lead to any particular professional outcome. Course content is educational in nature and does not constitute professional technical advice for any specific project or deployment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Neurova's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neurova and its staff from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement, without prior notice. You may terminate your access at any time, subject to the refund terms in Section 7. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us first at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. If that is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Neurova regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our consent. We may assign our obligations freely.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled learners by email.
